I can’t wait any longer!!!!!!  I need them to tour again, so their biggest fan (ME) can go to more concertssssss.

This band is better then The Muse as far as putting on a rock show goes.  They played for 2 and a half hours.  And they played old songs.  They engaged the crowd the whole night.  The band was on point as well, which is impressive with 5/6 members.  Muse is always on point, too, but not as passionate or energetic. 

…is my favorite Muse song when I am hungry.

muse’s version of feeling good is playing when your cousin walks back up the aisle at her wedding ceremony and you start to wonder if people on muse.mu are whining about the setlist!

Some performances of songs were better than others.  I’ll pick out some favorites though…

-Knights of Cydonia at UC Davis in 06 (the first song I heard them play… blew me away).  Was probably even better as a closer in San Fran 2007 though, with the guitar Space Dementia outro

-Take a Bow as the opener in San Francisco 2007… and the way it went into Hysteria was awesome as well.  There’s low quality video of its awesomeness on youtube somewhere.

-Assassin in San Francisco 2007… awesome song, and they played the extended version which makes it even better.

-Ruled By Secrecy in San Diego 2010

-Bliss in Wembley 2010 and in Los Angeles 2010

-Sing For Absolution in San Fran 2007 — I wish I could find SOME kind of video of this performance :(  or audio.

-Citizen Erased, Wembley 2010.

-Starlight, Indiana 2011 (yes, I am sick of the song, but the laser program they use for it rules… they should always have lasers with that damn song)

-Stockholm Syndrome, San Fran 2007, Indiana 2011, Los Angeles 2010 night 2

-Hoodoo was amazing live

-Invicible was a favorite live song of mine.

-Butterflies and Hurricanes in Indiana 2011, and San Fran 2007

-Neutron Star Collision, Los Angeles (yeah… it actually kicked ass that time for some reason… it sucked at Wembley)

-Uprising, and time they would open with it on the pillars.  Let’s face it, like the song or not, it was a perfect way to open a show.  And by the last chorus, it is pretty intense with everyone singing.

-Exogenesis: Overture, Indiana 2011

-I loved Apocalypse Please live

-Time Is Running Out was pretty awesome in San Fran 2007…  I really like to be in the sits and watch the crowd from the side or behind while they jump in unison to that chorus.

-MK Ultra, and time it was played.

-Unnatural Selection, Los Angeles 2010 night 2

-New Born was awesome in 2007.. kind of sick of it now, but it is a fun song with lasers for sure.  I liked the Long Island show in 2010 where the PA cut out right i nthe middle of the solo and Matt played the solo again after it was fixed.
